  • 1/2 pound diced onion
  • Cheese Slices
  • Dizzy Pig’s Cow Lick flavoring (or your favorite burger seasoning)
  • Lettuce (Optional)
  • Optional: tomato

On a Hoagie Bun, Make Chopped Cheeseburgers

Begin by heating the Blackstone Griddle to medium to medium hot. Brown the meat with the onion in it. Add the Dizzy Pig Cow Lick flavoring as well.

Cook the meat until it is well browned.

As the meat is nearing completion. Open up the Buns for Hoagies and place them face down on the Blackstone to give them a nice brown toasted color.

Once the Buns for Hoagies are complete, separate the meat into three elongated piles. Add the cheese.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium to medium high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, onion & seasoning. Brown the Ground Beef.
  3. While the Ground Beef is near completion, add the Buns for Hoagies face down to toast a nice brown color.
  4. Remove the Buns for Hoagies upon completion and separate the ground beef into 3-4 piles. Add the Cheese and melt on top of the ground beef.
  5. Once melted, scoop into the Buns for Hoagies, add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
